Biography

Carina Wharton is a graphic designer and illustrator living in York Region, Ontario. She enjoys creating compelling stories and solving problems through a variety of mediums. Wharton works in traditional and digital media with a focus on creating bold illustrations. She has always been drawn to the creative community and started her journey as a fine artist interested in painting, drawing and creating small clay sculptures. She received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Honours Specialization Studio Arts degree in 2016 from Western University, completed her Illustration diploma from Seneca College Advance Arts and Technology in 2018 and is working towards receiving an advance diploma in Graphic Design from the college in the fall of 2022. She is willing to learn, adapt and develop her skills to better serve potential clients.
